Reservations
As one of the more affordable rentals in Stonington’s historic fishing village, Fay’s Cottage is often fully booked well before the first lupine blooms in spring. Please refer to the table below for current availability and use this form to initiate your reservation.
Reservations require a 50% deposit, with the balance due by June 1st. Cancellations prior to June 1 are refundable minus a $150 cancellation fee. Cancellations after June 1 are not refunded unless we are able to rebook the week for another guest.
Check-in: After 4 pm each Saturday
Checkout: By 10 am the following Saturday

Pricing and Fees
– Weekly rental is $1,100
– Cleaning fee is $150 per visit (charged just once if booking consecutive weeks)
– Optional canine guest (we can accommodate just one) $100 per visit
– Maine state hospitality tax of 9%
– Payments may be made via check or Venmo
